2. Prices

All prices include VAT unless otherwise stated. Prices are shown in the currency applicable to your country (DKK, SEK, NOK, PLN, CZK or EUR).

Any delivery costs are clearly stated before completing the purchase.

We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice and reserve the right to correct printing, inventory and pricing errors.

3. Ordering

When you place an order on the webshop, you will receive an automatic order confirmation by email.

The order confirmation is an acknowledgement of receipt of your order, but a binding agreement is only entered into once we have accepted the order and dispatched the item.

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to technical errors, sold-out items or obvious pricing errors.

4. Payment

We accept payment by card (e.g. Visa and Mastercard), Klarna, MobilePay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

The amount is reserved when the order is placed and is only charged when the item is dispatched from our warehouse.

In the event of non-payment or declined transactions, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

TakeAim ApS retains ownership of the sold items, regardless of whether delivery has taken place, until the full purchase price and any interest and/or fees have been paid.

Discounts of any kind cannot be combined.

Reservation of funds

When using a payment card, whether debit or credit, the purchase amount is reserved. This amount is reserved until the webshop has processed and dispatched your order, or until the funds are released in accordance with the agreement with your card issuer.

Once the order has been dispatched, the funds are debited from the account. The reservation period depends on the product/service.

Authorization on debit card

With a debit card, you will be able to see that the funds are reserved in your account and that your available balance will show as being lower. If you or the webshop subsequently cancel your order, the webshop cannot debit the funds, but the reservation will continue to apply for a period. Please note that only your bank (or card issuer) will be able to cancel the reservation.

5. Delivery

We deliver to Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, France, Poland, Czech Republic, Austria, Germany, Portugal, Croatia, Belgium, Netherlands, Lithuania, Estonia and Hungary. Delivery is carried out by our selected carriers, GLS and (in Denmark also) DAO.

The shipping price is a fixed rate per order, depending on the delivery country. For orders over a certain amount (equivalent to approx. 150 EUR, converted to your country's currency), shipping is free — see the current shipping price and free shipping threshold for your country at checkout.

The expected delivery time is typically 2-5 business days depending on the country, unless otherwise stated for the individual item.

If an item is on backorder or delayed, you will be informed as soon as possible.

The risk for the item passes to you as the consumer at the time of delivery.

If your order contains multiple items, delivery may be made in several partial deliveries.

It is not possible to order items for delivery outside the countries mentioned above, including Greenland and the Faroe Islands. Customers on non-contiguous Danish islands are asked to contact us at kontakt@huntersmarket.dk for more info.

6. Right of Withdrawal

At TakeAim ApS, we offer our private customers a 100-day full return policy, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

The period of 100 days runs from the day your order is delivered.

You bear the return costs yourself.

The request for withdrawal must be sent to us by email at kontakt@huntersmarket.dk no later than 100 days after delivery, stating the order number at the same time. The message must clearly state your request to exercise the right of withdrawal.

If the item has lost value, and this is due to you having used it in a way other than what was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functionality of the item, you can only receive a partial refund of the purchase price. The amount you can receive back depends on the commercial value of the item, and in certain cases, this may mean that you can only receive the shipping costs back.

We recommend that you return the item in its original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, it may result in a depreciation of the item's value.

It is up to TakeAim ApS to assess the condition of the item.

7. Return

If you withdraw from your purchase, you must return the item without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to withdraw.

You bear the direct costs of returning the item yourself. You are liable, if damage occurs during transport.

8. Refund of the Purchase Price

If you withdraw from your purchase, you will receive your money back. If the item has depreciated, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.

We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (this does not apply to additional delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different delivery method than the cheapest form of standard delivery), no later than 14 days from the day we have received your message that you wish to withdraw from the agreement.

We can withhold payment until we have received the item.

9. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to items that have been manufactured according to your specifications or have received a clearly personal character.

10. Right of Complaint

You have a 24-month right of complaint in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act.

This means that you can have the item repaired, exchanged, receive a refund or a price reduction, depending on the specific situation.

A complaint must be made within a reasonable time (maximum 2 months) after you have discovered the defect, and must be submitted to kontakt@huntersmarket.dk. We will refund reasonable shipping costs.

The right of complaint is forfeited in the event of incorrect or improper handling of the product.

11. Liability

We cannot be held liable for indirect losses, including business interruption, lost profits or other consequential damages.

We reserve the right to force majeure, including strikes, transport disruptions, pandemics, natural disasters and other circumstances beyond our control.
